Security It Office Supplies Framework Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for the financial year 2026-2027 covering installation of CCTV cameras and security arrangements, CCTV support services, procurement of IT equipment, solar systems, electrical items, general items, arrangements for Ramzan Bazaars or equivalent government packages, procurement for VIP and VVIP visits, national events, elections, office stationery, printing and general supplies. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Original bid security and technical bids must be submitted before the electronic submission deadline. Performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount is required from the successful bidder. Tender opening will be held at 12:00 PM on the same day.
