Purchase Of Medicines Uniforms And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 15% local purchase medicines and allied items, miscellaneous store items, uniforms, protective clothing and liveries for the financial year 2026-2027 through EPADS on DDP basis excluding GST under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Tender fee is PKR 5,000 for each procurement category. Bidders must possess valid tax registrations, company profile, audited accounts for the previous three years, minimum three years experience, turnover details, manufacturer or dealership authorization and prescribed affidavits. Earnest money equal to 3% of the bid amount in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bid validity is 90 days. Tender opening will be held at 11:30 AM on the same day.
