Miscellaneous Items Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of miscellaneous goods and services including bed and boxes, computer stationery, conference, seminar and workshop arrangements, medicines, other stores, computer hardware, entertainment and gifts, furniture and fixtures, hardware and equipment, hot and cold weather items, IT equipment, machinery and equipment, lubricants, printing and publications, sports items, stationery, tents and tarpaulins, training aids, transport and other assets for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms, companies, manufacturers, suppliers and authorized dealers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Each item-wise e-bid shall include technical and financial proposals. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost for the respective item must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order before the submission deadline. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value shall be deposited by successful bidders. Technical samples or brochures are mandatory wherever applicable. Taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. Late bids shall not be entertained and bids shall remain valid until 30-06-2027.
