Messing Catering Services Training Courses Tender Notice
Description
Provision of messing services for training courses and catering services for farmer field days and one-day training courses throughout Punjab under development, foreign funded and non-development schemes. Eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab Food Authority and relevant tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System with bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost. Estimated costs are Rs. 9,000,000 for messing services and Rs. 4,000,000 for catering services. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Late bids shall be rejected. In case of a public holiday the next working day shall be treated as the closing date. Pro Tip: This procurement covers institutional catering, food services, meal preparation, messing facilities, hospitality services, training event catering, conference meals and large-scale food supply services across Punjab through electronic procurement.
