Human Resource Outsourcing Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of human resource outsourcing services for Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority under a framework contract. Eligible firms and companies must be experienced and registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Estimated cost is PKR 2,038.54 million with bid security of PKR 41.00 million. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. A pre-bid discussion will be held on 16-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. All bids shall be accompanied by the prescribed bid security. In case of an official holiday the next working day shall apply. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
