Tree Relocation Safe Transplantation Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of services for scientific relocation and safe transplantation of mature trees including tree excavation, root ball preparation, heavy crane lifting, flatbed transportation, reinstallation at designated sites, post-transplant stabilization, arboriculture supervision, filling of excavated pits, machinery mobilization and transplantation of various tree species from GT Road Gujranwala to Forest Complex GT Road Gujranwala and Bela Thatha Faqirullah. Estimated amount is Rs.19.488 million with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order. Eligible firms and contractors must possess mechanized tree transplantation experience, suitable tree spade machinery, valid NTN, Active Taxpayer status and must not be blacklisted. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical proposals shall be opened first and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid validity shall be 90 days.
