Third Party Campus Management System Software Audit Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of third-party completion and technical audit services for the Campus Management System software. Eligible bidders include reputed firms, organizations, joint ventures and consortia registered with Punjab e-Procurement, Income Tax, Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Estimated cost is Rs.500,000 with bid security of Rs.20,000 equivalent to 4% of the estimated cost. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids must be accompanied by electronic bid security and bidders shall submit the original non-blacklisting affidavit at bid opening. Bids will remain valid for 180 days and technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
