Rehabilitation And Construction Of Pedestrian Walkways And S Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of remaining work for rehabilitation and construction of pedestrian walkways and side drains in various areas of Okara City. Contractors and firms registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and registered with FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN) and PPRA for e-procurement are eligible to participate. The estimated cost is Rs.53.577 million and bid security of 5% amounting to Rs.2,678,850/- is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by uploading PDF files using the single stage single envelope bidding procedure. The original bid security instrument must be submitted separately before the submission deadline. E-bids will be opened at the scheduled opening time. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Tendered rates and amounts must be written in figures and words. Where the quoted amount is equal to or less than 5% below the approved estimate, the successful bidder shall furnish performance security in accordance with PPRA Rules. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic submissions shall be rejected. In case the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall apply.
