Construction Tuff Tile Drainage Water Pipeline Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works including construction of tuff tile pavements, soling, drainage works, laying of water pipeline, rehabilitation, improvement and reconstruction of roads and boundary wall for community centre at various locations in District Jhelum including Mado Kalas, Pindori, Noorpur Saidan, J&P Colony, Nazirabad and Kashmir Colony. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-PADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order issued by the Bank of Punjab. Scanned copies of bid security shall be uploaded and original CDR submitted before the closing date. Item-wise rates are mandatory. Additional performance security from 5% to 10% shall be required where applicable. Fake documents, incomplete, unreadable, unsigned or unstamped bids shall be rejected. Pro Tip: This procurement includes tuff tile paving, road construction, street improvement, drainage construction, water pipeline installation, boundary wall construction, municipal civil works, rehabilitation works and local government infrastructure development.
