Medicines Medical Devices Hospital Consumables Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contracts for LP medicines, medical devices, surgical disposables, medicines for Zakat, Bait-ul-Maal and Thalassemia patients, biomedical gases, blood bank items, dental materials, laboratory items on rental reagent basis, general store items, consumables, X-ray films and dialysis supplies for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors, suppliers and pharmacies for medicines. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope competitive bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost of each respective tender. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System and opened at 11:30 AM on the respective closing date in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders shall provide NTN and Active Taxpayer proof. In case of a public holiday, the next working day shall apply.
