Air Conditioning Systems Maintenance Servicing Tender Notice
Description
Provide monthly maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems at various campuses under a twelve-month annual contract. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms shall be active taxpayers registered with NTN, FBR and SRB with the required experience. Bid security of Rs. 400,000 and tender fee of Rs. 5,000 shall be submitted. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted before bid opening. An affidavit regarding non-blacklisting is mandatory. Pro Tip: This procurement includes HVAC maintenance, air conditioner servicing, preventive maintenance, repair services, cooling equipment maintenance, annual maintenance contract and facility management services.
