Air Conditioning Plants Operation Maintenance Servicing Tender Notice
Description
Provide annual operation, maintenance and servicing of air conditioning plants and associated equipment. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS SPPRA using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, sole agents, contractors and consultants registered with the Sales Tax Department may participate. Tender documents shall be downloaded from EPADS after payment of the prescribed document fee. A bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of pay order or bank draft shall be submitted before bid opening. Technical bids will be opened on the scheduled date and time. Pro Tip: This procurement covers HVAC maintenance, air conditioning plants, cooling systems, preventive maintenance, repair services, mechanical equipment servicing, chillers and facility maintenance services.
