Description
Auction collection rights for executive washrooms and group latrine fee situated at Tench Bazar Rawalpindi Cantonment for a contract period of three years through EPADS Version 2.0. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS by bidders registered with FBR, appearing on the Active Taxpayer List and registered on EPADS. Bid security of Rs. 25,000 in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft or Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory and the original instrument shall be submitted before bid closing. The e-auction shall remain open until the scheduled closing time and bids shall be evaluated online the same day. Pro Tip: This procurement includes concession rights, fee collection services, public facility management, washroom management, sanitation facility operations, service concession contracts and municipal revenue collection.
