Annual Tea Coffee Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of annual tea and coffee services. Bids shall be submitted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Interested parties shall request tender documents through the SAP Ariba Portal by uploading a signed request on official letterhead together with valid NTN, GST, Provincial Sales Tax certificates where applicable, CNIC of the owner or authorized representative. Vendors shall be active taxpayers. Bid opening will be held at 03:00 PM after bid submission. Bid security is PKR 50,000 and bid validity is 30 days. Pro Tip: The procurement covers tea services, coffee services, beverage supply, pantry services, office refreshments, catering support and food service requirements.
