Split Air Conditioners Electronic Equipment Repair Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of split air conditioners and other electronic equipment installed at HEC premises H-8 and H-9 Islamabad. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding by adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 may participate. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed in the bidding documents. Bid opening will be held at 02:00 PM after bid submission. Bid security is PKR 200,000 and bid validity is 120 days. Pro Tip: The procurement includes split AC repair, air conditioner maintenance, HVAC servicing, electronic equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, electrical servicing and facility maintenance services.
