Rtv Silicone Insulator Coating Application Tender Notice
Description
Supply and application of Room Temperature Vulcanizing silicone rubber high voltage insulator coating on AIS switchyard equipment at the 500kV grid station. Bids shall be submitted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure on a National Competitive Bidding basis with separate technical and financial proposals. The contractor shall supply the RTV coating, plan and request transmission line and auto transformer shutdowns, perform cleaning and surface preparation, and apply RTV silicone rubber coating on AIS equipment including spare equipment in accordance with the approved shutdown schedule and technical requirements. Bid opening will be held at 11:30 AM after bid submission. Bid security is PKR 210,511 and bid validity is 150 days.
