Annual College Magazine Designing Printing Tender Notice
Description
Designing and printing of 900 copies of the Annual College Magazine 2026 to be printed by 15 November 2026. The work includes designing and printing of 236 four-colour offset text pages on 128 gram art paper, size 8.5 x 11 inches, with a four-colour title cover printed on 310 gram art card, laminated with spot UV and hot glue binding. Interested eligible bidders shall submit electronic bids through EPADS. Tender documents are available free of cost on EPADS, PPRA Punjab and the college website. Bids shall be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost of PKR 1,500,000, and the original bid security instrument shall be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Blacklisted bidders are not eligible to participate. All applicable taxes including Punjab Sales Tax shall be deducted according to Punjab Government policy.
