Framework Contracts Medicines Medical Supplies Hospital Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for the supply of LP medicines, medical devices, surgical disposables, Zakat Bait-ul-Maal and Thalassemia patient medicines, biomedical gases, blood bank items, dental material, laboratory items on reagent rental basis, general store items, consumables, X-ray films and dialysis supplies for the financial year 2026-27. Competitive bidding will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors, suppliers and pharmacies may participate. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for each tender. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the respective closing date in the presence of bidders' representatives. Taxes will be deducted according to applicable government rules and NTN with Active Taxpayer proof is mandatory.
