Hiring of a contractor for renovation works at DHA Phase VII Block Q Branch Lahore, Syedwala Branch, Al Rehman Garden Phase II Branch Sheikhupura, Mamu Kanjan Branch, Canal Road TIB Faisalabad ABEP 2026, DHA Rahber Lahore and Sarwarwali Branch. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened on the scheduled date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives while financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through 1LINKS or Bank Guarantee using the generated PSID in favour of The Bank of Punjab before bid opening. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory.
