Improvement Metalled Road Footpath Street Lights Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for improvement of metalled road, construction of footpath and supply and fixing of street lights on Ghous-Ul-Azam Circle Road from Khan Plaza to High Court Chowk PSO Pump, Multan. Eligible engineering firms and contractors having valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and renewed PEC licence for Financial Year 2025-26 may participate through the Punjab PPRA e-Tendering System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded only in the form of CDR and the original CDR submitted before bid opening. Successful bidder shall furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days in the prescribed form. Item rates and total amounts must be quoted for each item, while percentage above or below DNIT cost is not acceptable. Responsive bids will be downloaded and announced at the specified opening meeting. Fake documents will result in disqualification and disciplinary action. Rigid pavement and RCC drain works shall use concrete batching plant and paving machine where applicable, TST, DST and surfacing shall be executed through mechanized systems, contractor claims shall be processed electronically through Digital Measurement Book and no price variation shall be admissible.
