Procurement Janitorial Cleaning Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of janitorial and cleaning services for Rawalpindi Development Authority. Eligible firms and companies registered with Income Tax and GST having relevant experience may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The estimated cost is PKR 13.300 million and bid security is PKR 0.266 million equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted along with an electronic copy through the prescribed e-procurement portal. Late bids will not be entertained. In case of a public holiday the next working day shall apply. Pro Tip: This procurement includes janitorial services, cleaning services, housekeeping, facility cleaning, sanitation services, office cleaning, maintenance cleaning and outsourced cleaning operations for public sector facilities.
