Laboratory Chemicals Consumables Dna Hematology Cvs Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for purchase of chemicals and consumables for DNA, Hematology Laboratory and CVS including packages with DTL required and without DTL required as specified in the bidding documents. The estimated costs are PKR 11.966 million and PKR 1.6533 million respectively. Registered firms with relevant authorities and tax departments may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of each package. Complete e-bids in PDF format must be submitted online and the original CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank must be delivered before bid opening. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Affidavits regarding non-blacklisting and correctness of submitted information are mandatory. The procuring agency may increase the quantity up to 15% under PPRA Rules.
