Construction Improvement Rehabilitation Roads Tender Notice

Electronic bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope E-Bidding System for construction, improvement, rehabilitation, widening and blacktopping of roads under ADP No. 1378/251393 (2025-26). The procurement comprises twenty-six packages including construction, rehabilitation and improvement of BT roads, PCC roads, shingle roads, village roads, link roads, road widening, beautification works and associated civil works at various locations in Swabi District. Eligible contractors must possess the required PEC category with relevant codes, valid KPRA registration and comply with KPPRA Rules. Bid security shall be 2% of the engineer's estimate with tender fee of 0.03% of the engineer's estimate. Electronic technical and financial bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Original call deposit, additional security if applicable and tender fee shall reach the office before the closing date and time. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-10. Tender documents may also be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Technical bids will be opened after the submission deadline and financial bids will be opened for technically responsive bidders only.
