Construction And Beautification Of Model Streets Tender Notice
Description
Electronic tenders are invited through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for construction and beautification of Model Street Mustafa Koroona Jandola and Model Street Masjid Gul Haleem Shah Civil Line Tank under the Uplifting and Beautification Activities including infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights and green spaces in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration, C&W enlistment, KPRA registration and Active Taxpayer status. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Original bid security must be submitted physically while scanned documents shall be uploaded through EPADS. Rates may be quoted above, below or at par. Bids will remain valid for 90 days and work completion shall be as per work order. Online clarification is allowed until 2026-07-28 at 05:00 PM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day after submission. Pro Tip: This procurement includes street beautification, road improvement, urban infrastructure, civil works, streetscape development, public infrastructure enhancement and municipal construction works.
