Construction Level Two Flyover Ring Road Intersection Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope system for construction of a Level-2 Flyover at the Ring Road and GT Road Intersection, Peshawar under ADP 2026-27. Eligible contractors must be registered with EPADS, PEC, KPRA, FBR and enlisted with PDA or Provincial Enlistment Committee. Estimated cost is Rs. 6,027.836 million with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded separately while original bid security in the form of bank guarantee or CDR shall be submitted through registered post or courier. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-20 at 02:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened after submission while financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later. Pro Tip: The procurement covers flyover construction, bridge works, highway infrastructure, road engineering, reinforced concrete structures, transportation infrastructure and major civil construction works.
