Supply Of Animal Feed Meat And Fresh Vegetables Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS for the supply of animal feed and food items for wild animals and birds for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement includes beef with bones, fresh vegetables, leafy vegetables, fruits, grains and other feed items as specified in the tender documents. Tender documents may be obtained from the office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. Eligible bidders must submit documents in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014, possess relevant experience of supplying food items to a government institution and attach documentary proof of previous supply orders. Bid security of Rs. 70,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer Wildlife is mandatory. Tenders must be submitted through EPADS and will be opened on 2026-07-20 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Successful bidders shall execute a written agreement valid until 2027-06-30, supply food according to demand orders, deliver feed and meat daily to the designated wildlife facilities, replace any substandard items at their own cost and comply with all applicable government taxes. Tender evaluation shall be based on the aggregate estimated cost of all items.
