Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS for the supply of standard daily ration and food items for subordinate institutions for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible firms must be registered under the relevant Federal or Provincial laws, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and possess a valid licence issued by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority under Section 15 of the KPFS&HFA Act 2014. Bidders must have relevant experience of successfully supplying ration to government institutions and provide supporting supply orders. Bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 300,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the District Officer Social Welfare is mandatory along with a recent certified bank statement as proof of financial stability. Tender documents may be obtained from the office during working hours or downloaded from EPADS. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through EPADS and hard copies must also be submitted by courier before the closing date. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Successful suppliers shall provide daily supplies according to the demand of the respective centres, submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming they have never defaulted with any public or private organization, and all applicable taxes shall be deducted according to government rules.
