Feed Mill Ingredients Animal Feed Stuff Supply Tender Notice

Electronic bids are invited through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the supply of feed mill ingredients and animal feed stuff including wheat straw, silage, green fodder, Rhode grass and sugar beet pulp under the regular budget for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible firms and suppliers must be registered with FBR for GST and Income Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. KPRA registration is not mandatory for goods under Rule 37(A). Bid security is Rs. 200,000 for feed ingredients and Rs. 100,000 for animal feed stuff in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-21 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids must be uploaded through EPADS and the original CDR must reach the office before the submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Successful bidders shall execute an agreement on judicial stamp paper. The approved rates shall remain valid until 2027-06-30.
