Supply Of Medicines Under Annual Hospital Contract Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure for local purchase of medicines and purchase of medicines for the Sehat Sahulat Program for the year 2026-2027. All drugs, medicines, surgical items, disposable items and non-drug items supplied under the contract must be registered with the Drugs Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) and comply with the Drug Act 1976. The contract includes Local Purchase of Medicine with a call deposit of Rs. 100,000 and Purchase of Medicine for Sehat Sahulat Program with a call deposit of Rs. 600,000. Original call deposits verified by the concerned bank must be submitted through registered post while quotations shall be uploaded through EPADS. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the highest discount. Prices shall remain valid up to 2027-06-30. Medicines shall be supplied as demanded, the successful bidder shall maintain a representative at the main pharmacy, provide 24/7 medicine supply during emergencies, submit monthly bills and execute an agreement on judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 100. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
