Annual Maintenance Original Civil Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes replacement of submersible pumps and motors with complete sets at seven tube wells - annual repairs and maintenance of cantonment fund buildings - annual repair and maintenance of roads including PCC streets and plant carpet works - annual repair and maintenance of drains and sewerage lines - annual repair and maintenance of water supply lines including PE pipes, GI pipes and tube wells - and annual repair and maintenance of public parks and improvement works. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules through EPADS 2.0. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration, NTN, Active Taxpayer List status and submit electronic bids with earnest money and prescribed tender fee. Bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the submission date.
