City Branding Arrangements Framework Agreement Tender Notice
Description
Rate running contract and framework agreement for provision and installation of city branding arrangements on an as and when required basis for national gazette days, Pakistan Day Parade, Independence Day, Defence Day, Black Day, VVIP delegations, head of state visits, CDA and MCI events and official arrangements for one year extendable by one additional year. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted through E-PADS with original documents and bid security of Rs.1000000 in the form of pay order or CDR. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day while financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened later as notified. Pro Tip: The procurement covers city branding, route decoration, event branding, public event installations, display structures, ceremonial decorations, national event arrangements and outdoor branding services.
