Description
Procurement includes supply and installation of CCTV surveillance system with allied accessories - complete 30KV solar system - illumination equipment for Jamrud Fort District Khyber - audio guide system including recording of tracks in English Urdu and Pashto for 20 people - and supply of two desktop systems. Bidders may apply for one or more lots and evaluation and contract awards will be made accordingly. Procurement will be conducted through the Request for Bid (RFB) Single Stage One-Envelope Process under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Eligible bidders, contractors and firms may participate subject to the applicable procurement regulations and conflict of interest provisions. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026 at 11:30 hours. Bidding documents may be obtained upon written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000. Bids must be submitted in sealed form and electronic bids are not permitted. Each lot must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of an irrevocable unconditional Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan or a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Bid opening is scheduled at the prescribed time after submission in accordance with the bidding documents.
