Hiring Conservancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of conservancy services for operational site and area of responsibility for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising separate sealed technical and financial proposals. Tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5000. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid value in the form of bank draft or pay order. Technical bids will be opened first and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Bid opening is scheduled at 12:30 PM on the submission date.
