Description
Proposals are invited from qualified data collection and research agencies to undertake the She Creates Change Pilot Evaluation 2026 in Punjab and Sindh under the Pakistan Literacy Project. The assignment includes quantitative and qualitative field implementation, field planning, enumerator training, digital data collection, quality assurance, transcription, translation and submission of complete datasets and fieldwork outputs. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Terms of Reference. Agencies having demonstrated experience in large-scale education research, mixed-method evaluations and digital data collection are encouraged to participate.
