Description
Procurement of Forti Tokens through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic technical and financial bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be paid or submitted digitally through 1LINK or Bank Guarantee using the generated PSID. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory.
