Outsourcing Janitorial Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services together with Museum Attendant, Electrician and Driver services for offices located at Garden Avenue, Shakarparian. Procurement shall be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must be registered on e-PADS V2.0, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, possess at least three years of relevant experience and maintain offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bid security equal to 2% of the total bid value in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee shall be submitted physically. Electronic submissions only shall be accepted and manual bids will not be entertained. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date.
