Hiring Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of security services for Gujranwala Medical College under an annual contract for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders shall upload separate technical and financial offers, inclusive of all applicable taxes, through the electronic procurement system. Original bid security amounting to 1% of the estimated price in the form of Deposit at Call, Bank Draft or Demand Draft must be submitted before the bid closing time and a scanned copy uploaded online, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value in the form of Cash Deposit Receipt at the time of contract signing. Conditional bids shall not be entertained and only one bid per firm shall be accepted.
