Drugs Medicines Devices Goods Services Framework Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of various items including drugs, medicines, medical devices, goods and services on framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders shall submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System and physically submit the original bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft or Call Deposit. Goods shall be quoted on delivered duty paid basis to consignee locations. Bids submitted through the electronic procurement system only shall be accepted. Tender opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day.
