Description
Pre-fabrication, complete block fabrication, assembly, welding, grinding and fairing work of steel hull blocks for a vessel under construction on subcontract basis. Bidders shall obtain tender documents on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Offers shall be submitted in a single package containing separate sealed technical and commercial financial proposals. Technical proposals shall be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day while commercial proposals shall be opened later for technically qualified bidders.
