Local Medicines Sehat Sahulat Medicines Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement of local medicines and medicines for the Sehat Sahulat Program for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement includes Purchase of Local Medicines with bid security of Rs. 100,000 and Purchase of Medicines for Sehat Sahulat Program with bid security of Rs. 600,000. Eligible bidders shall be chemists and druggists holding a valid retail drug licence verified by the Drug Inspector and shall submit bids electronically through the E-PADS system together with the original Call Deposit Receipt delivered by registered post to the office of the Medical Superintendent. Procurement of medicines for the Sehat Sahulat Program shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 6(2)(2). Bids for local medicines shall be submitted by 10:00 AM on 29 July 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Bids for Sehat Sahulat medicines shall be submitted by 10:00 AM on 30 July 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Contract award shall be based on the highest discount offered. Medicine rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. All medicines shall comply with the Drugs Act, 1976. Successful bidders shall maintain a representative at the hospital pharmacy, keep the medicine store operational twenty-four hours a day, ensure immediate supply according to demand, continue supply despite payment delays, execute the agreement on Rs.100 stamp paper, and supply only approved and registered medicines. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
