Provision Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services for Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority including deployment of security guards for key installations and authority land. Eligible bidders shall be well reputed security companies holding valid licences from the Ministry of Interior, Islamabad and the Home Department, Government of Sindh. Security guards shall preferably be retired personnel of Pakistan Army, Rangers, Mujahid Force, AFC and Coast Guards. The contract period shall be one year, extendable for an additional year subject to satisfactory performance. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Bid security of at least Rs. 500,000 in the form of a bank guarantee from a bank having minimum AAA rating in favour of Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority shall remain valid for 148 days. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS V2.0 and manual submissions shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on the closing date.
