Independent Third Party Performance Evaluation Services Tender Notice
Description
Expression of Interest is invited from reputed and experienced human resource management, management consultancy and chartered accountancy firms registered with the relevant authorities to provide independent third-party performance evaluation services for incumbents of Special Professional Pay Scale positions for a period of three years. Applications shall be submitted through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. No bid security is required. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. The assignment includes evidence-based performance evaluation and recommendations for selection, performance management and retention in accordance with international best practices. The procurement covers human resource evaluation, management consulting, performance appraisal and organizational assessment services using commonly recognized consultancy terminology.
