Rehabilitate KV-92 comprising sixteen E-Type residential flats at China Creek Keamari through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bid security of 1,800,000.00 is required. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. The procurement covers building rehabilitation, residential renovation, structural repair, civil engineering works and infrastructure improvement using commonly recognized construction terminology.
