Maintenance Repair Original Civil Works Tender Notice
Description
Execute maintenance and repair works together with original civil works for the financial year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted online through PPRA e-PADS 2.0 under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must possess valid NTN and relevant PEC registration. Original bid security and tender fee shall be submitted before the deadline. PPRA Rules, Government taxes and MES Schedule of Rates 2025 shall apply. Bid security of 2,884,120.00 is required. Bid opening will take place at 02:00 PM. Bid validity shall remain 327 days. The procurement covers civil maintenance, infrastructure rehabilitation, building repair, construction works and original works for public facilities using commonly recognized construction terminology.
