Educational Railway Land Leasing Tender Notice
Description
Educational leasing opportunities are invited for Pakistan Railway land through the Single Stage-One Envelope procurement procedure. Interested bidders shall submit bids in accordance with the bidding requirements. Earnest money of 3,000,000.00 is required. Bid opening will take place at 02:30 PM. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. The procurement relates to educational land leasing, institutional land use, education facility development and long-term railway land utilization using commonly recognized leasing terminology.
