Operational Support Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification is invited for operational support services including printing services, information technology services, internet connectivity with fiber optic and ONT, provision of security guards, hiring of mini bus and coaster transport services, janitorial services, plumbing, carpentry and electrical maintenance services. Proposals shall be submitted through the PPRA e-PADS portal under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Interested firms must have operational offices in major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR, listed on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and GST, and registered on PPRA e-PADS. A security deposit of five percent of the quoted price in the form of a pay order is required. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Blacklisted, incomplete, partial or conditional proposals shall be rejected. Bid opening will take place at 02:30 PM. Bid validity shall remain 355 days. The procurement covers printing, IT, internet, security, transport, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry and electrical support services using commonly recognized public sector service terminology.
