Transmission Line Tower Conversion Works Tender Notice
Description
Execute construction and completion of civil works including erection, stringing, testing and commissioning for conversion of Tower Nos. 42 and 43 of the 220kV Double Circuit Twin Bundle transmission line from suspension type to tension type. Bids shall be submitted through e-PADS under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial bids. Eligible bidders shall possess the appropriate Pakistan Engineering Council licence. Original bid security shall be submitted before the bid closing deadline. A non-refundable bidding document fee of 5,000.00 is applicable. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 1,500,000.00 is required. Bid validity shall remain 60 days. The procurement covers transmission line construction, civil works, tower conversion, stringing, testing and commissioning using commonly recognized power transmission terminology.
