Hiring Janitorial Security Technical Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services, security services and technical staff services for Tower-C at the Old P&D Building Site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore and Rawal Lake Lodges, Islamabad. Procurement shall be conducted on a lot basis through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate electronic bids are required for each lot. Each bid must be accompanied by the prescribed fixed bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order in the name of Section Officer Welfare-I, S&GAD. Original bid security instruments must be submitted before completion of the bid opening session. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, service providers and joint ventures registered with the relevant registration authorities and Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments may participate.
