Repair Denting Painting Water Lorries Tender Notice
Description
Repair, MS sheet welding, denting and painting works of water lorries. The procurement shall be conducted through e-bidding using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded separately through the prescribed e-procurement portal. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,220,000 with a bid security of Rs. 66,400. Technical bids will be opened on the specified opening time while financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later. Participating firms must be registered with the relevant tax departments and possess relevant experience in repair and maintenance of LTV and HTV vehicles. Firms are required to provide details of materials, sizes and designs for technical evaluation. The procuring agency may reject all bids before acceptance and quantities may increase or decrease according to applicable rules.
