Annual Framework Contracts Municipal Infrastructure Support Services Tender Notice

Annual framework contracts for multiple municipal works and services including repair and rehabilitation of disposal stations - provision of generators with operators, lighting, loader rickshaws with drivers and POL - patchwork of culverts and bridges - providing and fixing manhole covers and frames - desilting of sewer lines using winching machines - repair of water supply leakages, motors and control panels - providing streamers, wooden frames, flexes and banners - hiring excavators for desilting ponds, drains, nullahs and removal of encroachments - repair and rehabilitation of operational vehicles, dewatering sets and electrical appliances - rental of tentage, canopy, chairs, tables, sofas, carpets, sound systems and refreshments - providing and fixing safety nets inside manholes. Registered contractors on E-PADS and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories are eligible. Bids shall be uploaded electronically through E-PADS. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR is required and the original CDR must be submitted before bid opening. Selection shall be on least cost basis and additional performance security is required where applicable under PPRA Works Rules 2017. Conditional bids shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: The procurement includes civil works, municipal infrastructure maintenance, drainage, sewerage, water supply, machinery hiring, bridge repair, road structures, electrical maintenance, vehicle maintenance, event support and public facility rehabilitation services.
